new year (haiku)

make hay today, than
anticipate sunshine for
three-sixty-five days.

the beginning

ground breaks
and sprinkles sunshine
on dead leaves.
begins that anticipation
of my tryst with nocturnal juices.

Sing for me, child

Sing for me, child.
For your song is the only respite
from the winters
that are strikingly cold
and from the summers
that the penetratingly hot.

Sing for me, child.
Why have you stopped?
The discordant tune
hummed with unadulterated joy
and childlike benevolence
cradles me in lavish delight.

Sing for me, child.
It's alright to be alone
sometimes - a treeish life
is sedate when tranquility
romances inconspicuous
joys of life

and when the sun is shining
not so bright.

winter sin (haiku)

between the sheets
we exchange penetrating bolts -
winter sin.

Birthday

The present is a conclave of conflicting ideas
and a rigmarole of troublesome thoughts; petals
which once adorned the bride, now flake whittled
dreams and jeopardized enigmas. The widowed future
is mired by a defunct past and a withered present.

I embrace death on my birthday.

A Naked Act

Women in red peignoirs,
blue and beige,
fathom the depths
of my imagination:
erupts where an unrestrained urge -
a celebration
of that infernal joy.

A piquant face with large,
appealing eyes,
auburn hair
(pony-tied),
succulent lips,
luscious mons pubis
breathes
incestuous moans
and enshrouds sanity in delirium -
incarnate, frabjous
and intricately woven.

With each byte received,
the moan crescendos
and smothers my meat
in the gravy of delight.

When sparks ebb
and souls mollify,
when insanity melts
and soberness qualifies,
the self wakes
to a subterfuge -
emotions expended
and actions rued;

Lust
in a naked act
muddies the placid
rivulet of love.
Precipitated stars no longer
shine;
drowned shards
of climactic joy
lie entwined.
